About the event

The entry fee for SENIOR Mixed teams is $100 and Junior Mixed 16 & Under team $50. Whilst payment is not required upon entry for the registrations, we will send an invoice for payment to the nominated contact. Payment must be made online as we will not be accepting cash payment for team entry. No late entries will be accepted.

Game draws will be issued 1 week prior to the event. It is anticipated that game times will be scheduled on Saturday from 10am and Sunday 8:30 with the last game around 3pm. Some local teams may be asked to play a game or two on the Friday night beforehand to free up some room over the weekend if we have a larger than expected entry list.

We will continue to communicate with you and keep you across the team registration numbers and what impacts it may have on the draw and timing.

A full canteen, BBQ, coffee van will be operational for the event and we welcome your support of the venue.

COVID marshalls will be asking everyone to confirm their QR code registrations, so please do NOT get angry at being asked, our people are volunteering so you can have a weekend of hockey. It will not be toloerated and your TEAM will be asked to leave the facility and will be withdrawn from the competition with no refund if it happens. We can't stress this enough.
